The Learning Avenue was established in 2014 by creative entrepreneur, Milan Madhav. The
Learning Avenue’s key focus areas are to develop creative and innovative learning solutions that engage, develop and motivate behavioural change in learners. We push the boundaries of learning through bespoke eLearning and gamification which are driven by our processes and frameworks.
The Learning Avenue’s expertise in technology and learning allow us to deliver innovative and interactive learning solutions that improve human performance and return on investment.
We are committed to empowering previously disadvantaged individuals and participate in South Africa’s formal Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment programme. The Learning Avenue is officially rated as a Level 1 BBBEE contributor.
