We partnered with a global automotive brand to transform their technical training into an engaging web-based learning experience, helping technical staff build complex vehicle knowledge in a safe, interactive digital environment.
We partnered with one of Africa's leading banking groups to close a critical product knowledge gap across their private banking suite by designing a localised, scalable eLearning solution that directly impacted sales performance and KPIs across 11 countries.

A global automotive brand was modernising their learning academy and needed a suite of technical training courses converted into web-based learning solutions. The first programme to go digital was a broad technical foundation course, covering how to read vehicle data, understand vehicle dynamics, and navigate the full service process.
The core challenge wasn't just digitising content. It was making dense, highly technical material feel accessible, engaging, and genuinely useful to a workforce that needed to apply it confidently on the job.
Before a single screen was built, we started with the learner. Who were they? What did they already know? What would get in the way of learning? What did "good" look like on the job?
Through this discovery process, we identified that the content needed to do more than inform, it needed to build confidence. Technical staff working in high-stakes environments don't just need to know something; they need to feel certain about it.
This shaped every design decision that followed. We moved away from a content-heavy, page-turner approach and instead structured the experience around the learner's journey from awareness to application, using storytelling, visual hierarchy, and interaction to guide rather than overwhelm.
The solution was a web-based eLearning programme built around three design principles: clarity, engagement, and application.
Rather than presenting information linearly, we broke complex technical concepts into digestible, visually-led modules. Animated videos brought abstract technical processes to life. Infographics translated data-heavy content into something immediately scannable and memorable. Interactive elements gave learners the opportunity to engage with the material, creating moments of active recall that support long-term retention.
The result was a learning environment where technical staff could explore, practise, and build knowledge at their own pace, in a safe virtual space that mirrors real-world scenarios without the real-world consequences of getting it wrong.

One of Africa's leading banking groups had updated their portfolio of products across their private banking suite. With a refreshed offering came an urgent need: every private banker across 11 African countries needed to be upskilled on the new product knowledge, fast.
But this wasn't simply a rollout problem. Through stakeholder engagement, it became clear that the solution needed to solve a deeper capability gap, one that had a direct and measurable impact on the organisation's sales KPIs. The stakes were high, the audience was sophisticated, and the geographic and cultural complexity of designing for 11 different African markets added a significant layer of challenge.
With a high-performing audience, the design approach had to feel premium, not patronising. These were experienced professionals who didn't need to be walked through basics. They needed to quickly understand what had changed, why it mattered, and how to confidently position the new products with clients.
We also had to think carefully about localisation. Designing one experience for 11 countries meant understanding where content could be consistent and where it needed to flex. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, we mapped the knowledge requirements per market and identified the core learning framework that could anchor the entire programme.
The design was anchored in a clear principle: make it easy to access, easy to apply, and easy to remember. For a private banker in a client meeting, confidence comes from clarity, and clarity comes from well-designed learning.
The solution was a focused eLearning course built around the transfer of product knowledge in a way that felt relevant and applicable rather than theoretical. The experience used a considered blend of infographics to simplify complex product structures, video-based content crafted for clarity and retention, reflection exercises for application, and interactive elements that gave learners the opportunity to engage with and test their understanding of the material.
The visual design was deliberately aligned with the premium positioning of the private banking brand, which was clean, professional, and confidence-inspiring. Private bankers could move through the content at their own pace, building product knowledge in a safe virtual environment before applying it in real client interactions. This reduced the risk of knowledge gaps showing up where it mattered most.
